The Traditional Buffet menu includes the following:
 ~ Choice of three (3) entree selections
 ~ Choice of one (1)  starch and vegetable selection
 ~ Choice of one (1) field green salad with dressing
 ~ Mini rolls, flat  breads, butter
 ~ All paper ware, utensils, plates and napkins
 ~ Wire chaffing dishes, sterno, serving utensils
 ~ Re-heating directions for client
